RETURN POLICY

Since we have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., special orders or personalized products)
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
  • We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
